The discs, which are made of special alloyed steel, that we also call the separator are angled on both sides and ensure the separation of the sheets cut on the slitting lines and the smooth wrapping of the tapes we call the counter winder. Since it is exposed to friction during winding, the surface quality is subjected to heat treatment and precision ground.
The materials produced as Arasim are made of special hard material. It is produced by grinding with precision from 0,010mm to 5mm in accordance with the demands of our customers. It adjusts the precision cutting and friction gap between the two blades according to the thickness of the sheets to be cut. It can be produced in any size of 5 mm and below depending from the request of the costumer.
